The A100 impact

The true power of the A100 is found behind the scenes where members have significant impact across the province. The force of the membership is felt through the members daily activities supporting and creating local grassroots initiatives, meeting and advising tech entrepreneurs, sitting on Boards, investing in local startups, all while acting as knowledgeable, independent and objective advisors to policy-makers.

The A100 has also supported local deal flow by providing advisory and capital across the ecosystem, expanded awareness about investment and entrepreneurial opportunities in Alberta, and created more synergy and on-the-ground cooperation between various organizations supporting Alberta’s entrepreneurs and its innovation ecosystem.

"We're at 100 members and growing. When each A100 member does well individually, we enhance what we can offer each other, and boost Alberta's tech impact and potential. Let's continue to shape Alberta technology landscape, support our partners in the ecosystem, and kill it in our personal ventures."
Stephen King A100 Chair

Culture of giving back

Every A100 member has received mentorship, guidance or advice over the course of their careers. We pay-it-forward by investing our time and experience.

Partner with community

Collaborate with existing community groups to support and complement grassroots initiatives in the hi-tech startup ecosystem.
